Kitchen Sisters Member Rates

All monthly rates include utilities, 6 or 12 month term lease.
Limited onsite parking available for vehicles. No food trucks.

- Access is limited to availability and advance scheduling
- Fee is due prior to work session
- No on-site long term cold or dry storage
$50 / hr (minimum of 4 hours per day -including load in/load out and clean up time)

- 1 full 4' dry storage rack
- 1 assigned 5' prep table with under storage
- 24/7 access to the kitchen

- 2 assigned 5' prep tables with under storage
- 24/7 access to the kitchen
$3000 / month

Checklist to become a member:

  • Master business license – State of WA

  • Business license – City of Seattle

  • Liability insurance with Kitchen Sisters listed as additional insured

  • Public health permit – Seattle and King County

  • WSDA/wholesale license (if applicable)

  • Food handler’s permits – owner and all employees

  • Deposit (will vary depending on membership level)
